CSUF 1st Annual Hot Dog Eating Competition!

On Tuesday December 1 the Entrepreneur Society will be hosting CSUF’s first annual Hotdog Eating Competition and naming its Titan Eating Champion! There will be a BBQ party from 11am-4pm with a live band performance from Black Star Hollow 12-1pm! Quality Toyota will be co-sponsoring the event and individuals who stop by will have the opportunity to win free Ducks tickets! Lenscrafters will also be donating a $100 gift card to a lucky winner of a hotdog combo purchaser! Direct Deposit of Employee Reimbursement Checks

As an ongoing effort to streamline business processes as well as join the camps-wide GO GREEN initiative, Accounts Payable and Travel Operations is pleased to announce DIRECT DEPOSIT as a new disbursement option to employees receiving a reimbursement or refund (i.e., travel expense reimbursement, commuter award, monthly rail pass, etc.). Funds will be conveniently deposited directly into your bank account. Additionally, this new program will eliminate the need for the university to print checks as well as reduce the cost of postage and the number of stolen or lost checks. If you are interested in signing up for DIRECT DEPOSIT, please complete and deliver the Accounts Payable/Travel Staff and Faculty Reimbursement Direct Deposit Authorization Form to: Debbie Hagman, Travel Operations (CP-378). Titan Shops' Annual Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair

The Titan Shops' Annual Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair will be December 8-10 from 9:00am-3:00pm in the big tent in front of Titan Shops. If you would like to participate as a vendor at the Craft Fair please fill out the attached application and turn it in no later than Friday, November 20th.

Book Sale Center

The holidays are coming! Remember, books make great gifts! You’ll find what you want in the Book Sale Center. The Center is restocked every week. Selections from astronomy to zoology, including art, history, and literature. Most books are $1 to $3. Tapes and maps are $ 1. We’re open Tuesday 11 – 3, Wednesday 11 – 7, Thursday 1 – 5. Located in Library South 199 – across from Circulation.
